Workforce is to be moved to the new workplace and desktop of the future – every country has its own approach, software, processes and all lack efficiency and coherent administration.


With workshops, interviews and audits in several global locations GEMA determined the needs for support, life cycle processes and harmonized app approach. Many existing solution of certain countries were identified that helped to solve problems on a global scale and we adopted as general standard apps. A global support framework and the corresponding SLAs were defined. Together with line of business leaders processes and dependencies hampering the success of mobile workers were identified and transformed to either be mobility ready or made obsolete by better more efficient mobile processes.
